2.Take Care of Your Sleep Environment:

So, make sure to meditate when you feel like it since the end-goal is to achieve a state of relaxation that will help you sleep faster.

5.Have Some Fun:

Having fun at night does not only help you sleep faster and realize that time flies by when you’re spending some good moments with your friends, but it also helps you maintain a good relationship with your friends and preserve your health condition since you will remain in a n unintentional active state that it is not motivated by an end-goal like work or sports.

In other words, having fun with friends makes you happy, which in turn pushes you to crave even more fun. And by having fun, you are unintentionally getting rid of all the stress that might keep you awake at night while, at the same time, doing some minor physical activities which in a bit of time will make you tired, and as a result, crave some sleep.

Thus, having some fun before going to bed is indeed something great. Still, you should keep in mind that you should not exaggerate in having fun to the point that you realize that it is 4 am in the morning and you need to get to work by 8 am. This is one scenario that you surely do not want to live. And trust me, I’m talking out of experience here.
